These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Support Local Businesses ("the Service"), operated by Polsia, Inc. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Support Local Businesses is a free local business directory containing 6.4M+ US listings, searchable by zip code, city, and category across 85,747 zip codes and 98 business categories. We also offer paid placement tiers for business owners:
Business listing data is provided "AS IS" from public records and third-party APIs. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any listing information. Business hours, contact details, ownership, and operational status may be outdated or incorrect. Do not rely solely on this directory for critical decisions — always verify directly with the business.
We aggregate data from public sources including ArcGIS, Florida SunBiz, DBPR, county Business Tax Receipts, and Google Places API. We are not responsible for errors in source data.
Business owners may claim their listing by verifying that their email address or phone number matches the listing's contact information. Claimed listings:

Our database compilation, design, branding, code, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Public record data we aggregate is not owned by us, but our compilation, organization, and presentation of it is.
If you submit any content to the Service (reviews, edits, descriptions, images), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES AND POLSIA, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY LISTING DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polsia, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Flagler County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion. Termination of paid placements mid-period will result in a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
