Support Local Businesses was built to give every local business a fair shot at discovery — no pay-to-play gatekeeping, no algorithm that buries the little guy, no fake reviews cluttering the results.

What We Do

We aggregate public business records into a searchable, zip-code-level directory that works the way people actually search: "I need a plumber in 32137" or "show me all restaurants near me."

The directory is free for any business to list. We offer optional paid placement tiers ($1/week, $5/month, $10/month Featured ⭐) for businesses that want extra visibility — but the base directory will always be free and open.

Where Our Data Comes From

We believe in being transparent about our data. Every listing starts from public records:

Public records give us the foundation — they tell us a business exists, where it is, and what licenses it holds. Google Places enrichment adds phone numbers, hours, and ratings. Business owners who claim their listing can update any information directly.

The Palm Coast Origin Story

We started hyperlocal — specifically, Palm Coast, FL (zip code 32137). Our founder wanted to answer a simple question: why is it so hard to find good local businesses online? National platforms favor chains. Maps bury businesses without websites. Review sites make you fight for every star.

We built the thing we wanted to exist: a clean, fast, honest directory where local businesses get their own page without having to hustle for it. Palm Coast first. Then all of Florida. Now the whole US.
