Terms and Conditions (also called Terms of Service or Terms of Use) govern the relationship between your business and website users. Essential sections: acceptance of terms (how users agree), intellectual property (you own your content), user conduct rules, disclaimers of warranties (your service is provided "as is"), limitation of liability (cap on damages), governing law (Florida), dispute resolution (arbitration vs. courts), and termination provisions. Terms and Conditions are a contract — make sure users must affirmatively accept them for enforcement.
