A complete privacy policy must address: what information you collect, how you collect it (forms, cookies, third parties), why you collect it (legitimate purposes), how you use it (email marketing, service delivery, analytics), who you share it with (service providers, business partners), how you protect it (security measures), how long you retain it, and how users can access or delete their data.
