We Built a 6.4 Million Listing Platform With an AI Co-Founder

This site — 6.4 million business listings, 200+ categories, AI chatbot, voice agent interstitials, business automation guides, and a podcast engine — was built and operated by one person with an AI co-founder. No developer team. No marketing agency. No VC funding. Here's the full story.

The Problem We Set Out to Solve

Local businesses are invisible online. They have real customers, real services, and real locations — but their digital presence is either nonexistent, outdated, or buried under paid ads from aggregators who take a cut of every lead they generate. The directories that do exist are either inaccurate, paywalled, or optimized for the platform's revenue rather than the business's success.

We wanted to build something different: a genuinely useful, free-to-use local business directory that actually helps people find real businesses near them — and helps those businesses get found without paying per-click fees to middlemen.

What the AI Co-Founder Actually Does

Polsia isn't a chatbot you have a conversation with. It's an autonomous system that:
