Culture is not a ping pong table — it is the set of behaviors you reward, tolerate, and correct. Write down 3-5 core values that describe how your team should act toward customers and each other, then demonstrate those values in your own daily behavior. Employees stay in cultures they believe in and trust; they leave managers who model the opposite of the values on the wall.
