Instagram feed posts are 1080×1080px (square) or 1080×1350px (portrait — gets more real estate in the feed). Canva has templates for both formats pre-sized. Design with text minimal and bold (most people see posts in a thumbnail), use high contrast between text and background, and keep your design recognizable as your brand even at thumbnail size. Create a set of 5-6 branded post templates you rotate through so your feed looks cohesive without being repetitive.
