Every business listing page includes a "🏘️ About This Neighborhood" block:
- **Data:** Business density per ZIP, top categories, total businesses nearby, ZIP-level population/income proxies
- **Cache:** 1-hour LRU cache per ZIP (2K entries) via getZipStats()
- **Purpose:** Provides geographic market context to both humans and AI agents reading the page
