Data Source & Attribution

This dataset is sourced directly from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) public records portal at myfloridalicense.com. DBPR publishes weekly CSV extracts as public records under Florida Statute 119.

Data covers licensed contractors registered with the Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB). Records include active, inactive, and voluntarily inactive licensees. NULL & VOID and delinquent records are excluded from the official extract.
